Introduction​

Wellthi is looking for a Business Development Intern based in New York to help Wellthi boost growth and sales.

This position will be conducting market research, developing business strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Externally promotes Wellthi, through sales calls and different client outreach channels.
  • Conduct market research and identifying potential clients
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, Grant proposals and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new grant opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Develops proposals in response to potential grant / funding opportunities

Support Client requests and copyedit presentations

Qualifications:

  • MBA Student / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Proven track record securing grants and successful proposal writing.
  • Previous experience working with a startup a bonus

The Executive Assistant / Project Manager

Introduction​

Wellthi is seeking to hire a full-time position reporting directly to the President and CEO and works closely with the senior management team, and other stakeholders. The Executive Assistant – Project Manager role provides primarily project management services to the CEO, senior management team and Board including planning, research, organizing, managing, coordinating, and executing activities related to assigned projects to ensure reliable and efficient achievement of project goals. This position also provides some administrative support to the President and CEO and senior management team. The candidate needs to be highly productive while managing multiple responsibilities and projects, able to make informed, timely and effective business decisions, is efficient, reliable, trustworthy with a high level of integrity, self-motivated, an excellent communicator internally and externally, and self-directed. An exceptional customer-service approach is critical to success in this position, helping to create and reflect the values of collaboration and respectfulness.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Management (80%):

  • Lead the definition of project scope, strategy, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Perform research associated with projects.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, PowerPoints and process maps as required.

Administrative Support and Other Duties (20%):

  • Calendaring, meeting logistics, and some travel support to the CEO and senior management team
  • Create meeting agendas and set meeting schedules
  • Distribute meeting materials
  • Develop, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documents associated with this position

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with C-suite management and board directors.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Previous StartUp Experience is a plus 
  • Previous Fintech experience is a huge plus 
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and project management software.

Wellthi Marketing Intern

Introduction​

This internship will provide a great opportunity for a Masters graduate student, to gain experience in and familiarity with aspects in social impact, administration, community development, and the day-to- day operations of a fast growing tech start- up. The intern will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of research, writing, social media management, event/outreach, administrative, and general support to the Wellthi team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on potential strategic partners, investors, grants, and markets;
  • Draft and edit materials, such as grant proposals, and other communications;
  • Support the management of outreach opportunities and materials;
  • Create a database of community banks and partners for follow up;
  • Support in managing social media accounts;
  • Assist with general day to day and special projects as needed;
  • Attend department and staff meetings;
  • Support community presence at outreach events.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in tech startups; desire to learn more about FinTech and banking industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with individuals across all organizational levels
