Your virtual and physical card may be used everywhere Discover® Cards are accepted for purchases, online, over the phone, through mail order or at retail locations (for physical card only). However, your card may not be used at adult or online gambling sites. How do I check the balance on my card? You may check your card balance at any time by using the card’s mobile app, website, or by calling customer service at 1-866-935-5844. Will I be charged a fee at an ATM? When you use your physical Wellthi Card there is no charge to withdraw funds from a MoneyPass® ATM. If the ATM does not display the MoneyPass logo, you will be charged a $2.95 Domestic ATM Withdrawal Fee to make a withdrawal and a $1.00 Domestic ATM Balance Inquiry Fee to check your card balance. In addition to these fees, you may be charged an additional fee by the ATM network. Is there a dollar limit on ATM withdrawals? There are limits on the use of your card to obtain cash at an ATM. Please see your Cardholder Agreement for the limits associated with your card. How do I report my card lost or stolen? To report your card lost or stolen call customer service at 1-866-935-5844. How do I contact customer service? To contact customer service call the phone number listed on the back of your card, 1-866-935-5844. Am I liable for unauthorized transactions? You must notify us immediately at 1-866-935-5844 of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details, please consult your Cardholder Agreement. When will my direct deposit be available in my card account? Your funds will normally be available on your payday if you are using direct deposit. How do I dispute a transaction? If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction or error on your account you can send a dispute in writing to Wellthi Card, PO Box 124, Dell Rapids, SD 57022 or call customer service 1-866-935-5844. When I apply for the card, will you check my credit? This is not a credit card, no credit check is required to get the card. Federal law does require all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a card account. We will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and social security number that allows us to identify you. How do I apply for an account? You may apply for an account by downloading the Wellthi app and apply in the mobile app. Why do you need a Social Security Number? You may close your account by contacting customer service at 1-866-935-5844 or writing to us email@example.com. How do I change my address? You may change your address via the mobile app, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling customerservice at 1-866-935-5844. How do I change my PIN? You can change your PIN by calling the customer service number located on the back of your card,1-866-935-5844, and following the prompts or change your PIN on the mobile app by clicking on the Cards menutab on the bottom navigation, click on the “More” tab and selecting Change PIN option. How can I load money on my card? Money can be loaded onto your card by enrolling in direct deposit, using an affiliated mobile check deposit application, using Green Dot reload network, please refer to your Cardholder Agreement for a complete list pertaining to your card. What is a CVV and where can I find it? The CVV is the Card Verification Value, a 3-digit number on the back of your card directly to the right of the signature panel. How do I reset my online account password? You can reset your password by going to the Wellthi mobile app and selecting the reset password option. Enter your email address and click submit. You will receive an email from Wellthi with instructions to change your password. How do I link my existing bank account to my card? You can link your existing bank account through the Wellthi app and selecting activate your Wellthi Discover Card. Fill in registration details and then select your bank and you will be routed to a page to key in your bank account details. Once you complete this process your bank account will be linked to your Wellthi account. What if I insert my card in an ATM and it doesn’t give it back? You should contact the ATM owner or call customer service at 1-866-935-5844. The customer service center willprovide assistance in issuing you a new card. You will be charged a one-time fee of $5.95 to replace your card. When will my card arrive? You will get a virtual card once you activate your Wellthi account. If you want a physical card click on the card button on the bottom navigation. Select the tab “More” and select request a physical card. For physical cards ordered via the Wellthi app, allow 7 to 10 business days for the card to arrive. You will be charged a one-time fee of $5.95 for a physical card. Where can I find my monthly statements? To access your monthly statements go to the Wellthi app select “Card” tab on the bottom navigation. Click on the tab “More” and click on “View statements”.
