Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Client, Operations and Sales Leader with a strong focus on selling to credit unions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the credit union industry, proven sales expertise, and a passion for fintech solutions. This role requires a self-starter who can build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales, and contribute to Wellthi’s mission of transforming financial communities.
Responsibilities
- Market Research: Identify and analyze prospective credit union clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets specific to the credit union segment.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within credit unions, including executives and decision-makers.
- Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate Wellthi’s solutions to potential clients, showcasing how our offerings align with their needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful onboarding of new clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends, challenges, and opportunities in the credit union and fintech industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement or sales experience, with significant experience in the credit union industry.
- Proven track record of success in selling software or marketing services to credit unions.
- Strong understanding of the credit union market, including regulatory and operational nuances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network and reputation within the credit union industry.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation :
Consulting fee + Commission
