Role Overview

Wellthi is hiring its first Senior Digital Designer to lead visual execution across product, marketing, and social channels. This is a foundational role. You will help define how the brand shows up visually while mentoring a junior designer and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams.

This role is ideal for a designer who is fluent in digital systems, confident in brand expression, and excited about using emerging tools, including AI, to work smarter and faster.

Responsibilities

Lead digital design across app, web, social, and marketing channels
Translate Wellthi’s brand into flexible, scalable visual systems
Partner with product and engineering teams to support in-app experiences and feature launches
Design social-first creative that balances brand integrity with performance needs
Apply strong judgment in color, typography, layout, and composition
Manage and mentor a junior designer, providing creative direction and feedback
Explore and integrate AI-assisted tools into the design workflow to improve efficiency and iteration
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Wellthi’s visual identity

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital design across product and marketing contexts
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, digital execution, and visual consistency
Solid understanding of UX principles and how design supports usability
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of AI design tools and enthusiasm for emerging creative technology
Experience leading or mentoring junior designers
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, evolving environment
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or consumer tech is helpful but not required
