Role Overview
Wellthi is looking for a Content Editor & Social Lead to steward how our brand sounds, reads, and feels across social platforms and owned channels. This role blends editorial leadership with hands-on social execution. You will be both outward-facing and behind the scenes, shaping brand voice while ensuring daily content is thoughtful, consistent, and culturally relevant.
You will be the connective tissue between Wellthi, our audience, and our banking partners, ensuring that every post, caption, and in-product message feels intentional and aligned.
Responsibilities
- Own Wellthi’s brand tone of voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, in-app content, and future web experiences
- Write, edit, and publish social content, with a strong understanding of platform-specific nuance
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to execute campaigns, launches, and ongoing content
- Adapt and refine partner-provided content to align with both Wellthi’s voice and partner brand standards
- Maintain and evolve Wellthi’s editorial guidelines as the brand grows
- Plan and manage a social and editorial calendar across platforms
- Engage selectively on social platforms when appropriate, representing the Wellthi brand with clarity and professionalism
- Track content performance and engagement, using insights to continuously improve output.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native English fluency, with exceptional writing and editing skills
- Experience managing brand voice across social platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
- Strong editorial judgment and an instinct for clarity, tone, and pacing
- Comfort operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work across multiple brand perspectives without diluting voice or intent
- Familiarity with social publishing tools, content workflows, and basic performance metrics
- Interest in culture, creators, and the intersection of technology and everyday life
- US-based preferred, but strong international candidates welcome
