We primarily target millennials and Gen Z and are expanding our direct-to-consumer offerings while focusing on the US market, with future regional expansion plans.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing & Client Success Manager with experience in marketing B2B and B2C fintech applications, ideally in the B2B2C space. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives, drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and foster strong client relationships to maximize platform adoption and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging to establish Wellthi as a leading fintech company.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Leverage digital marketing, growth hacking, CRM, and analytics tools to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies and freelancers to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Develop content strategies, oversee digital marketing efforts, and create compelling thought leadership materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support sales enablement by providing marketing collateral, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Drive customer success initiatives to ensure strong client adoption and advocacy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing for fintech companies, with a strong understanding of B2B2C models.
  • Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C applications.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in the US fintech market, with an understanding of financial
    institutions, credit unions, or banking services preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of marketing
    initiatives.
